Hawaiian Seafood Recipes

Have you ever tried fish pudding? For this dish, you can include awa (milkfish), awa-aua (Hawaiian ladyfish), and oio (bonefish).

Mrs. J. H. Coney (Laura Coney) compiled recipes for this and other dishes, which included Hawaiian fish, squid, lobster, crab, and turtle. Today, you probably can’t prepare the latter, but can prepare deviled crabs, lobster farci, and mullet in ti leaves. Check out these seafood recipes.
