Archibald Scott Cleghorn’s Death

Archibald Scott Cleghorn outlived his daughter Princess Kaiulani by a decade, and his health reportedly declined. In 1910, Cleghorn watched the lowering of the caskets of Princess Likelike, his late wife, and Princess Kaiulani during their reinterment, with tears streaming down his face. A few months later, like them, he died in their estate Ainahau 105 years ago today.
