Before the presentation.

On May 7-8, 2009, NDNP Hawaii welcomed Deborah Thomas, Program Coordinator for the NDNP at the Library of Congress.

She conducted a site visit at our facility and gave two presentations on each day of her visit.

Her first presentation was held on Thursday evening, 6 PM, at Hamilton 301. This presentation was geared more towards the general public, explaining the project and the results so far.

Her second presentation was held on Friday noon at the same room, Hamilton 301. Geared more towards the library community, this presentation offered more detailed and technical explanation regarding the NDNP and the Chronicling America website.

Both presentations were well attended with about 30 people in both presentations.
